Cleaning the bottom of the vape pod: Wipe with tissue paper, scrape off residue with a hard object.

Inside the mouthpiece: Roll a piece of tissue into a thin point and insert it to absorb excess oil.

Inside the device: Clean with a cotton swab or tissue paper.

Check if the usage method is incorrect. Excessive continuous puffing or taking very large puffs can cause the coil to not absorb oil fast enough. Give the coil time to replenish and absorb oil to avoid burning again.

Solution: Blow through the middle hole from the bottom of the vape pod to actively speed up the coil’s oil absorption. This can solve the burnt taste issue!

A dud pod is a vape pod that doesn’t produce vapor when you inhale.

For the pod to work, the positive electrode on the bottom gold circle of the pod needs to contact the negative electrode on the internal gold column of the device. If dirt accumulates, it can cause poor contact and prevent the pod from firing.

Solution:

• Wipe the bottom of the pod and the inside of the device with tissue paper.
• Use a screwdriver to scrape the positive electrode on the bottom of the pod to remove any dirt.

Thermal expansion and contraction may cause some components to expand and push oil out, leading to leakage. This can happen due to hot weather, high temperatures inside delivery vehicles, or improper storage.

Solution:

• Wipe the exterior and interior.
• Roll a piece of tissue into a thin point and insert it into the mouthpiece to clean it.
• Take a few puffs to create air holes in the oil chamber. This should allow normal use and stop the leakage.

First, replace the pod to check if the issue is with the atomizer or the pod.

If the pod is the problem, try these tips:

• Roll a piece of tissue into a thin strip and insert it into the mouthpiece to remove any debris or condensation.
• Then, press firmly on the four metal buttons at the bottom of the pod with tissue and wipe away any condensation inside the device to ensure proper contact.

The small water droplets on the mouthpiece, base, and inside the device slot are actually condensation produced during use. Condensation is a normal phenomenon and not a quality issue. However, if not cleaned regularly, it can affect the heating of the device and cause it to overheat.

Solution:During regular use, frequently wipe the connection points between the device and the pod. You can also use tissue paper to clean the bottom and sides where moisture seeps out. Lightly press the center hole at the bottom of the pod with tissue paper until the liquid is absorbed. Open the seal for a few seconds, then close it again. The pod can be used normally afterward.

Just like with charging a mobile phone, using it while charging can accelerate battery damage.

After opening, please use as soon as possible for the freshest flavor. If you want to change flavors midway, it’s recommended to replace the dust cover, seal it tightly, store it in a cool place, and keep it vacuum-sealed to extend freshness.
